Well you make an appt for 11:00 for an oil change and the person they give it to is at lunch so they don’t start working on your vehicle until 12:30 after they get back from lunch.

I took my 2019 toyota camry in today for my 45000 service. They said everything had a green light. But they didn’t change my oil. Is that okay. Last time they changed my oil was38,392. They told me I wouldn’t need an oil change until 48,000 miles. Is that right?Wanda

The service was quick, however, my online price showed approx $60 for the oil change and then a 10% discount for an afternoon appointment. At checkout the total was $80 and i had to ask about the 10%. The appointment link was not intuitive as I couldn't find my original price of $60. Recommend keeping records of your original quote.

Made an appointment to get my scion a regular oil change. My appointment was at 2 but they didn’t start to look at my car until 5 and wasn’t finished until 6. A little quicker would’ve been appreciated.

Good job except service writers should write everything down during check-in, instead of relying on memory. I specifically stated several times I wanted my fog light bulb replaced. When I came to pick it up they had nothing written in the service check in. I had to go through several steps to get them to replace the bulb while I waited.
