I took my car over late Friday and met with Justine. We reviewed the items to be addressed. I got a text Saturday morning around 7:30 explaining what needed attention. I responded with an okay and my car was finished and ready for pick up by 9:00. When I arrived at the dealership for my car, Justine greeted me with a warm friendly smile - checked me out and walked me to my car. Great Experience- Justine is the BEST!

I recently purchased a used Lexus from Rivertown Toyota. It was site unseen. I guess I had more faith in what I assumed was a reputable dealership selling a vehicle at a $40,000 plus price point. The car I received had three separate chips in the windshield a screw in the tire and what I thought was road tar but apparently was paint peppered over the front And rear driver side doors. The service was great and the iil change was done quickly. I made my appointment last week but when I got there it had not been scheduled. Someone dropped the ball. Luckily I was about to have my service done anyway.

Bought a Supra mid February, traded my car for it and had it shipped to me in Florida. They still have not done the registration, tags or transfer and now I have a license suspension, extra fees and my new car not registered in my state in my name. Have issues with car and can not get it fixed due to car not registered in my name. Have had to contact the manufacturer to try and get this straightened out. Next step is an attorney for my extra out of pocket fees and time.

Had my tires rotated and oil change. Service advisor MJ was wonderful and a delight! Truck was serviced and ready very fast. Maybe an hour and 15 minutes. Manager Trey was very polite and spoke with me for a few while waiting.

Waited awhile outside to even be acknowledged. Had an appointment and was told it would be 45 min to an hour for a tire rotation. Total time an hour and a half. Yes they were busy but….. The coffee bae is nice and everyone was friendly.

Everybody was so courteous when I visited for a servicing. They even went out of their way to help me with the issue that I had with the Bluetooth for my stereo. They also kept me informed on my vehicle during the service, and told me as soon as they were done.

Services were done quickly and without delay, only problem last 2 oil change service technicians failed to reset the maintenance required message, a simple procedure that my husband was able to correct without driving the 30 miles back to the dealership but it should have been done at the stop

Rivertown Toyota is normally a great place to get my Lexus serviced being that there are no Lexus dealerships in Columbus. However, today, this particular service representative did an awful job in representing the Toyota brand. They were very rude, unprofessional, and no help to myself or my husband. Upon trying to receive guidance, she offered little to no help. While understand customer service can be overwhelming, being defensive with a customer at 0700 in the morning while the customer is only asking questions is unacceptable. The sales department were very nice, cordial, and professional.

I took my car in on Saturday to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. I sat there for two hours and went to check on my car. They had not touched it. I checked with the service advisor and she told me they were still working on the car. I told her that they had not even started. And then she told me that I had a recall and that’s why it was taking so long. But then she told me that they were gonna have to reschedule and bring me back Tuesday. After another 45 minute wait ...

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. At the 2 hour mark I had to search for the service representative. After 3 hours of waiting they changed my oil but didn't rotate my tires. THREE HOURS for an oil change. I marked my tires, so I know if they didn't rotate them. 3 of my tires were 5 lbs. under pressure. This isn't the first time this has happened. This makes customers wonder what else did they overlook during service / repairs.

Disappointed and frustrated that they failed to fix the problem and lied about what was wrong. They told me the tire couldn’t be inflated due to cement or some other filler in the tire. I took my Rav4 to my son-in-law and he looked at it a determined it was a gasket from the tire valve stem core. He replaced the valve stem core and inflated the tire to the proper pressure. Dealership appears to be over charging for hybrid batteries. Service people were nice and helpful but no control over charged prices, even when I was quoted a lot less than charged. I have 3 Toyotas and a Lexus,. They are probably the last Toyotas I will buy.

I experienced some serious car problems one morning that made my car dangerous to drive. They didn’t hesitate and told me to bring my car on in and they would take a look at it. They did and provided me with an assessment and made good on the repairs and the price they quoted me. Veronica was my car coordinator and I really enjoyed working with her. She was friendly on the phone when I called that morning and took good care of me when I arrived. I will ask for next time too!

Walked in to get a 15k service done. My service advisor was nice and informed me of what was recommended but did not pressure me into getting additional services done. Weekdays seem less busy than the weekends. I was in and out in a little over an hour. No complaints. This is my third time there and was better than the previous experiences.

Wait time is way too long even if appointed is made. Also waited an extra hour because my service rep was on break. Sat in lobby for 4 hours, walked outside and saw my vehicle ready and I was not made aware. Aside from that I was being charged for services that were not rendered. It til for me to question said services before they were removed. New rep was nice and gave me a discount for patiently waiting, which i appreciated. They just have a communication issue there.

Had a problem with my car. The came on brake malfunction and message stated to visit my dealer service. Took my car in let Gilbert know what happened. He said wasn’t sure if he could get to it that day. Took in later afternoon. And had no loaners. Got a ride home. Call 6 pm that evening car was ready. Sent a lift to pick me up and stay for me to get my car. Thank you to Gilbert Vargas.

From the time I called for the appointment, arrived at the service center and the auto was finished. I received nothing but outstanding service. The service area was clean and orderly the waiting area was clean and had coffee and sacks. I enjoyed the visit.

I feel like this dealership just treats you like. You're a number. You're of no priority to them at all. I went in for a oil change at 7:00 a.m. I actually arrived at 6:45 a.m. I received a text message at 8:19 telling me my vehicle was done and they were doing finishing touches. What Rivertown could have done better was honor the agreement of my Jeep Gladiator trade-in of $32,800 that we made in December of 2024. They were obviously making false promises to get me out the door for a car that was arriving later. It’s funny how a month later in January 2025, Reyes would only give me $27,000 for it. He's also a clown so maybe trade him out for someone more intelligent and down to earth. The smell of coins was oozing out of his pores.
