Friendly service writers and quick service. I was traveling home post Christmas and they accommodated my quick delivery request. I like the option of knowing what needs to be fixed but giving me the opportunity to approve/decline the repairs via text.
Took Toyota Tundra Truck in this afternoon @1:15PM to have New Tires and alignment done. They checked me in on time. Dealership has nice customer waiting area. They sent me a text to track progress and phone number of my service contact person. They called me about 5PM when it was ready for pick up. Checkout was fast and easy. Overall Good Experience.

I went in due to a dead battery and did not have an appointment. They graciously worked me in and did a service check and completed the work that needed to be done the same day. When it was discovered it would take more than 4 hours to complete the work they paid for a ride to take me home and pick me up when the work was completed.
I came in for service without an appointment and they were able to fit me in to the schedule and were able to get me out in a reasonable timeframe.
Great service from both the service dept and my advisor Marissa. They had my Rav 4 ready to with a quickness. Never had any problems with this dealership.

Takes long to get someone to get attention to get help, which i understand but it’s just they are all over the place with helping people. Cars fine and everything but when I leave for the past two times the sticker for the oil change mileage, it says the current mileage instead of when it’s needed. I obviously went in and told them and they gave me a new sticker. Overall they’re a good department.
Extended maintenance care was misrepresented when booking this service. If I had been aware of the cost before the service was done, I'd have gone elsewhere. But now I'm aware that all the free maintenance is behind me, so I guess I'll only see these guys when there's another recall.

I was at Toyota to have oil & oil filter changed; tires rotated and general check. It was 2 1/2 hours before it was completed. There was a minor incorrect copy of my mileage, and they suggested I have an alinement. When the car was, it was pointed out that the spart plugs needed to be changed. It was too late to attend to the plugs.
Got exactly what I wanted at the price o wanted. Kept me informed from start to finish.

I was scheduled to have tires rotated and two tires replaced on Saturday, one tire was leaking down on Friday and I had to have my truck to go see hospice patients in rural Georgia. They worked me in and I was on the road in a couple of hours.
